Refund Policy

-We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at +1-201-431-5351 or email at help@netsyssolution.com in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

-Shipping, handling, and any state or local taxes are not refundable, but in certain states and countries these items are also refundable. If you receive a software for your purchase you are obligated to uninstall the software and the license, at NetSys Solution’s sole discretion, license will be disabled to prevent further activation. Except as otherwise stated in term & conditions.

Order Cancellation Policy

-Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

-Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Delivery Policy

-We delivery digital items via email or via file sharing websites (Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive) etc., as provided by customer.

-All other items are shipped within 1-2 business days after product is ready to ship, to the address provided by the customer.

-All orders will have tracking # provided to the customer and all orders above $100.00 will also have insurance against any damages while in transit.

Warranty Policy
Shipping Costs

-Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment

-We suggest you contact our tech support team first at +1-201-431-5351 or at help@netsyssolution.com to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details.

Term / Termination of Web Hosting Agreement

-The initial term of this Agreement shall be as set forth in the Order Form (the "Initial Term"). The Initial Term shall begin upon commencement of the Services to Customer. After the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew. ADDITIONALLY AFTER THE INITIAL TERM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE AND AUTHORIZE netsyssolution.com TO AUTOMATICALLY BILL AND/OR CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR SUCCESSIVE TERMS OF EQUAL LENGTH AS THE INITIAL TERM, UNLESS TERMINATED OR CANCELLED BY EITHER PARTY AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION. The Initial Term and all successive renewal periods shall be referred to, collectively, as the "Term."

This Agreement may be terminated:

--by either party by giving the other party thirty (30) days prior written notice (subject to an early cancellation fee ($100.00 payable by Customer)

--by netsyssolution.com in the event of nonpayment by Customer

--by netsyssolution.com, at any time, without notice, if, in netsyssolution.com's sole and absolute discretion and/or judgment, Customer is in violation of any term or condition of this Agreement and related agreements, AUP, or Customer's use of the Services disrupts or, in netsyssolution.com's sole and absolute discretion and/or judgment, could disrupt, netsyssolution.com's business operations

If you cancel this Agreement prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Term thereafter:

--you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation

--netsyssolution.com shall refund to you all pre-paid fees for basic hosting services (shared, dedicated and/or managed) for the full months remaining after effectiveness of cancellation (i.e., no partial month fees shall be refunded), less any setup fees and any discount applied for prepayment

--you shall be obligated to pay 100% of all charges for all Services for each month remaining in the Term (other than basic hosting fees as provided in (ii) above) and (iii) you shall pay an early cancellation fee of $100.00. Any cancellation request shall be effective thirty (30) days after receipt by netsyssolution.com, unless a later date is specified in such request.

netsyssolution.com may terminate this Agreement:

--If the Services are prohibited by applicable law, or become impractical or unfeasible for any technical, legal or regulatory reason, by giving Customer as much prior notice as reasonably practicable or

--Immediately by giving written notice to Customer, if netsyssolution.com determines in good faith that Customer's use of the Customer Web site or the Customer Content violates any term or condition. If netsyssolution.com cancels this Agreement prior to the end of the Term for your breach of this Agreement and related agreements, the Customer's use of the Services disrupts, netsyssolution.com shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such cancellation and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation; further, you shall be obligated to pay 100% of all charges for all Services for each month remaining in the Term and netsyssolution.com shall have the right to charge you an administrative fee of $50.00.

--Upon termination of this Agreement for any cause or reason whatsoever, neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement, except as expressly set forth herein. Termination of this Agreement and retention of pre-paid fees and charges shall be in addition to, and not be in lieu of, any other legal or equitable rights or remedies to which netsyssolution.com may be entitled.

Exceptions
The following purchases are not returnable nor refundable as per the money-back guarantee:

--NetSys Solution premium support

--Repurchases of the same service offering that have been previously refunded

--NetSys Solution Services that has been either redeemed or full setup has been performed

--Purchases older than 30 days.
